Wiring mode of box type substation

Box type substation plays a good role in the safe and reliable operation of power network, reducing substation investment and accelerating construction speed. It is one of the new development trends of substation equipment. It changes the spider web wiring mode of installing transformers on poles.

The floor of box type substation shall be placed at a higher place, not at a low place, so as to prevent rainwater from pouring into the box and affecting the operation of equipment. When pouring the concrete platform, a gap shall be reserved at the high and low voltage side to facilitate the laying of cable incoming and outgoing lines.

The box type substation has the advantages of short construction period, high construction quality, convenient installation and commissioning and simple maintenance. Compact structure, beautiful appearance, less land occupation, convenient transportation and reasonable comprehensive cost. The double-layer structure box is adopted, and the middle is filled with fireproof and thermal insulation materials to ensure rust prevention, sealing and thermal insulation of the box. It adopts fully insulated and fully enclosed structure, with automatic temperature and humidity regulation, automatic ventilation device and scalability.
