Safety technical operation specification for high and low voltage switchgear

1. When working on fully and partially charged panels, the maintenance equipment shall be separated from the operating equipment with obvious signs.

2. The secondary winding with current transformer and voltage transformer shall have permanent and reliable protective grounding.

3. When working on the secondary circuit of operating current transformer, the following safety measures shall be taken:

3.1 it is forbidden to disconnect the current circuit.

3.2 in order to reliably short circuit the secondary coil of current transformer, short-circuit piece and short circuit must be used, and wire winding is prohibited.

3.3 it is forbidden to carry out any work on the circuit and conductor between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal.

4. When working on the secondary circuit of voltage transformer in operation, the following safety measures shall be taken:

4.1 strictly prevent short circuit or grounding

4.2 insulating tools and gloves shall be used. If necessary, relevant relay protection devices shall be stopped before work.

4.3 special switches and fuses must be installed when connecting temporary loads.

4.4 during the power on test of the secondary circuit, in order to prevent the reverse voltage transformation from the secondary side to the primary side, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse shall be removed.

4.5 before the power on or voltage withstand test of the secondary circuit, the operator on duty and relevant personnel shall be notified, and someone shall be assigned to guard the site, check the circuit, and pressurize after confirming that no one is working.

4.6 the personnel who check the power-off protection and secondary circuit shall not carry out any switching operation without the permission of the personnel on duty.
